Granada, Spain

Exploring the Alhambra, and venturing into the hillside scattered with cave homes.

Before heading onto a nine month trip had I found myself in the Musee de Beaux Arts in Montreal at an exhibition by a painter exploring southern Spain and Portugal into Morocco. There was a painting of the Alhambra that sent goosebumps over me. At that moment I realized I had to go on this trip, that it was my destiny. Granada ended up one of my favouite spots to explore. The Alhambra into the evening alone walking and playing with the shadows. And exploring the hillside and the interesting make shift cave homes that scattered throughout.
