Porto, Portugal

Wine tasting, narrow cobbled streets, watching the sunsets with the locals and passing the tourists river side.

Since visiting Porto, Portugal, my favourite wine has been and still is from the Douro River. Although it was a quick trip through Porto, it was a bit of a surprise. I had no expections and made fond memories with the other tourists with wine tasting and exploring the parks and different views of the the river and city. I returned years later to venture farther north of the city to Matoshinos which became one of my fondest travel memories. I didn’t take many photos just a few street shots as I walked around, some notable sights like Luís I Bridge, Porto Cathedral, Mosteiro da Serra do Pilar and the UNESCO site Ribera Square.
